Reminiscences of a middle class noble of the Heian period. The author is Sugawara Takasue's daughter (1008-?), containing her memoirs starting from around the age 13 to around 53, her younger years when The Tale of Genji became popular until her later years after her husband passed away. This work is the original manuscript of existing copies, handwritten by Fujiwara no Sadaie( 1162-1241 ).（「New Edition Grace, Beauty and Inqenuity-Masterpices of the Museum of Imperial Collections, Sannomaru Shozokan Vol.1」2003）
